Good Ol’ Summertime

TMI Tuesday questions submitted by Andee.

1. Summer is a time to escape, kick back and chill. What is your favourite way to relax when the warm weather hits?
I love picnics with L.  Normally once the weather is nice, we have regular lunchtime picnics.  We cook for each other or sometimes buy food and just spend our time cooking, eating and lazing on our blanket. Well, other stuff, too. ;)

2. Have you ever been to a drive-in movie theatre? My first date was to a drive-in movie, what is your best memory of these classic outdoor theatres?
I've never been to a drive-in movie.

3. Have you ever had a summer fling? How did it develop and why did it end?
Why wait for summer to have a fling!  Spring, fall and winter are also very fling-worthy seasons!  

4. Board shorts and bikinis leave something to the imagination, but have you ever tried a nude beach?
Yes!  Last summer, L and I made a few visits to a nearby nude beach.  We very much enjoyed the experience and wrote about it here.

5. What are your thoughts on the Speedo and the Wicked Weasel?
I don't have a problem with anyone wearing anything they want.  Frankly if people who have less than ideal bodies (and whose is perfect?) are sufficiently comfortable with their bodies to wear so little, I'm thrilled for them and only wish I had their confidence!  If I was hot, I'd probably wear a Wicked Weasel....why not?  Unfortunately, I'm not one of the aforementioned people who is comfortable with my unclothed body in a public space.  As for the Speedo..again, it's up to the preference of the wearer.  I just don't know what would happen if he got hard wearing one....not sure it would contain him as it should.

6. The warm weather is a great opportunity to “get busy” outdoors? Have you ever? Tell us about it.
We've built a whole blog on getting busy outdoors!  Okay...half a blog...lol  See here...and here...and here....and here.....and that's just to start!

7. Sunrise or sunset? Which is your summer favourite?
Although I'm a morning person, I'd have to say sunset.  You really have to wake up extremely early to catch a summer sunrise!

8. What is the one summer delight that really quenches your thirst? How about your lust?
Watermelon quenches my thirst - it's so refreshing!  L is a summer baby, so I'll call him my summer delight - he quenches my lust, in many different ways.

Bonus:  Summer is the time to participate in outdoor activities. Where would you most like to have sex :
– on the beach?
– at a picnic?
– camping?

Is it wrong that I've done two thirds of these already? :P  I think sex on the beach would be interesting and I'd certainly try it at least twice ;) but I'll bet that sand gets into every nook and cranny.  I've had picnic sex AND camping sex (well, tent sex on a day camping trip) and both were very enjoyable.  While I really enjoyed the tent sex, as it offered some privacy; I think my most memorable outdoor sex was on one of our picnics.  I was wearing a skirt, so provided easy access but able to quickly straighten up should someone come upon us.  I was amazed at L's daring when he completely removed and put aside his pants and underwear before fucking me!  Thinking about being discovered was a huge turn on!
